About the job:

We are looking for an experienced advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Advisor, Life Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in fostering connections and facilitating meetings between our clients and select organizations. Your primary objective will be to leverage your extensive network and internal connections within targeted accounts to streamline the process of scheduling meetings for our clients. By establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, you will contribute to enhancing our business development efforts and expanding our network of strategic partnerships. This is a remote, part-time, contract-based position open to highly qualified candidates from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Networking and Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within targeted companies.
Utilize your network of contacts to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
Proactively engage with industry leaders and stakeholders to expand our network and strengthen existing connections.

2) Strategic Engagement:
Identify potential synergies and areas of mutual interest between our clients and external organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategies for engaging with target accounts effectively.

3) Meeting Facilitation:
Act as a liaison between our company and external stakeholders to coordinate and schedule meetings.
Leverage your internal connections within target accounts to expedite the meeting scheduling process.


  • 10+ experience working directly in the Life Sciences industry, preferibly within the top 100 pharma, biotech and medtech companies in the world

  • Hands-on experience working in any functional area at the Manager level and up (IT, commercial, procurement, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory etc)

  • You must be self-employed and comfortable working as a contractor on a project basis

  • Proven track record of successful networking and relationship building within the industry

Location and Compensation:

This role operates on a performance-based model with an enticing finder fee arrangement. There is no fixed base salary associated with this position. As a Senior Advisor, Life Sciences to Outbound Pharma, your compensation will be tied directly to the successful scheduling of meetings.
