STEP 1: Discovery Call
Client discovery is how we gather information about your organization’s needs in regard to a particular project. Together, we assess your goals and expectations, establish RFP criteria, write customized questions, and discuss your service and culture requirements.
STEP 2: Market Scan
Leveraging our extensive life science database and network, we'll undertake in-depth research of the vendor landscape to develop a shortlist of potential vendors that meet your criteria.
STEP 3: Pre-Solicitation
Based on the outcome of the Discovery Call and Market Scan, we will then prepare a bespoke RFI or Capabilies Assessment that will generate critical data. The RFI is used by the project or procurement manager, depending on how your organization is structured, to start the process of soliciting bids for products and services. The form should be simple and easy to fill-out, make it clear for vendors to respond to, and not too specific (keep it general).
STEP 4: Targeted Outreach
We'll launch and execute highly targeted outreach campaigns aimed at selecting the best vendors using an omni-channel approach consisting of cold email, conferences outreach, networking, existing database, cold calling, social media engagement, etc..
STEP 5: Appointment Setting
